Re2area is an independent acting company, with a nationwide operational area. We specialize in revitalization of pre-used sites and its reintegration into property circulation.
Our performances contain an integrative system for the development and utilization of pre-used real estates, such as military-, industrial-, commercial industries as well as abandoned industrial sites, city quarters and city structures.
Our target is on the one hand to offer qualified service to proprietors, developers, financers, investors and local authorities, on the other hand to set in instruments for the risk-minimised economic reorganisation of pre-used real estates. Further goals are the construction of site- and marketing orientated specific utilisation strategies in view of reaching an optimisation of project costs and the temporal horizon.
